The influence of free position combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the second stage of labor on the outcome of labor
Objective To analyze the effect of free position combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on the outcome of labor during the second stage of labor. Methods 100 women with natural vaginal delivery were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. After entering the second stage of labor, women in the control group were given traditional delivery and routine nursing intervention, while women in the observation group were given free position delivery combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The duration of the second stage of labor, the amount of blood loss during labor, the outcome of labor and the satisfaction of labor experience were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the duration of the second stage of labor was shorter(P<0.05).The rate of perineal incision and cesarean section transfer(8.00%and 12.00%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(24.00%and 30.00%),and the satisfaction of delivery experience(98.00%)was higher than that in the control group(88.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of free delivery position combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the second stage of labor can improve the outcome of labor and enhance the satisfaction of labor comfort, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
