Analysis of the effect of fine nursing on patients with moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome
Objective To observe the clinical nursing value of fine nursing in patients with moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.Methods 69 patients with moderate to severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to double-blind method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with fine nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,the application of fine nursing has the effect of regulating emotions,shortening hospital stay,and effectively improving patients'self-care ability and satisfaction.
