The application value of needs-level nursing model in the nursing of ovarian cancer patients
Objective To observe the value of needs-level nursing in the nursing of ovarian cancer patients.Methods 72 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with needs-level nursing mode,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.Negative mood and sleep disturbance were compared between the two groups.Results The score of the depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-21)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group[(4.93±0.71)points]was lower than that of the control group[(7.11±2.52)points](P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of needs-level nursing in the nursing of ovarian cancer patients has significant value,can alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of sleep,and the effect is exact.
