摘要
目的 探讨全程优质护理在子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤护理中的效果.方法 选取66例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为两组,每组33例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程优质护理模式,比较两组护理效果.结果 护理后观察组护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 全程优质护理在子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的护理干预效果显著,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of full quality nursing in the treatment of uterine fibroids by uterine artery embolization.Methods 66 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given whole-course high-quality nursing mode,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were lower than those of the control group,and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The whole process of high quality nursing in the treatment of uterine fibroids by uterine artery embolization nursing intervention effect is remarkable,worthy of clinical promotion.
