Study on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after gynecological tumor surgery with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept(FTS)on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after gynecological tumor surgery.Methods 80 gynecological tumor patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group according to random number table method,The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with FTS nursing intervention based on the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of moving out of bed,the time of recovering anal exhaust and the length of hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the incidence of lower extremity adverse conditions was lower than that in control group,and the satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of FTS concept in the nursing intervention of gynecological tumor patients can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of patients with deep vein thrombosis,and improve patients'satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
