Nursing analysis of perioperative important links of total transvaginal hysterectomy and anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair
Objective To analyze the important perioperative nursing of total transvaginal hysterectomy and anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair.Methods 60 patients with total vaginal hysterectomy and anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was provided with routine nursing,and the observation group was provided with intensive perioperative nursing.The clinical indexes,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical indexes of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Strengthening perioperative nursing can improve the clinical nursing quality of patients with total transvaginal hysterectomy and anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair,promote the early recovery of patients and improve the quality of life.
