Clinical nursing pathway model in patients with ovarian cancer after chemotherapy application effect observation
Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway model in patients with ovarian cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy. Methods 64 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer were selected and divided into intervention group(clinical nursing pathway mode)and control group(conventional nursing mode)according to random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The occurrence of adverse reactions,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and cancer-related fatigue scale(CFS)were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions after nursing in the intervention group was 6.25%lower than that in the control group(25.00%),and nursing satisfaction was 96.88%higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).After nursing, the SAS scores and CFS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway model in postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer patients can maintain good mood and relieve fatigue effectively, which is the optimal model.
