Study on the effect of holistic nursing for patients of reproductive age with candida albicans vaginitis
Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing for patients of reproductive age with candida albicans vaginitis.Methods 80 patients of reproductive age with candida albicans vaginitis were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(holistic nursing),with 40 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)in the observation group(44.72±3.80)points was lower than that in the control group(59.65±3.72)points,and the score of SF-36 in the health survey summary form(85.38±3.94)points was higher than that in the control group(76.52±4.30)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction and compliance of patients with candida albicans vaginitis at reproductive age,alleviate the adverse mood of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,improve their quality of life,and promote the physical and mental health of patients.
