摘要
目的 研究白色念珠菌性阴道炎育龄期患者采取整体护理的效果.方法 选取80例白色念珠菌性阴道炎育龄期患者,随机分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用整体护理),每组40例.对比两组护理效果.结果 观察组依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(44.72±3.80)分低于对照组的(59.65±3.72)分,健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分(85.38±3.94)分高于对照组的(76.52±4.30)分(P＜0.05).结论 白色念珠菌性阴道炎育龄期患者采取整体护理干预可提高患者护理满意度及依从性,缓解患者不良情绪,并降低疾病复发率,提高其生活质量,对患者身心健康具有促进作用.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing for patients of reproductive age with candida albicans vaginitis.Methods 80 patients of reproductive age with candida albicans vaginitis were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(holistic nursing),with 40 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The score of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)in the observation group(44.72±3.80)points was lower than that in the control group(59.65±3.72)points,and the score of SF-36 in the health survey summary form(85.38±3.94)points was higher than that in the control group(76.52±4.30)points(P＜0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction and compliance of patients with candida albicans vaginitis at reproductive age,alleviate the adverse mood of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,improve their quality of life,and promote the physical and mental health of patients.
