针对性护理在慢性盆腔炎中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的 研究慢性盆腔炎患者采取针对性护理的实施效果.方法 选取70例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(传统常规护理)与观察组(针对性护理),每组35例.对比两组护理效果.结果 观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(46.29±2.12)分,低于对照组的(55.30±2.25)分,自护能力量表(ESCA)评分为(122.37±21.50)分,显著高于对照组的(94.27±13.62)分(P＜0.05).观察组依从率(97.14％)高于对照组(77.14％)(P＜0.05).结论 对于慢性盆腔炎患者采取针对性护理更有利于帮助患者改善焦虑情绪,提高其自护能力,调动其依从行为,从而促进疾病康复,改善治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group(traditional routine nursing)and observation group(targeted nursing)according to random drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The score of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)in the observation group was(46.29±2.12)points,which was lower than that of the control group(55.30±2.25)points,and the score of self-care ability scale(ESCA)was(122.37±21.50)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.27±13.62)points(P＜0.05).The compliance rate of observation group(97.14％)was higher than that of control group(77.14％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is more conducive to helping patients improve anxiety,improve their self-care ability,mobilize their compliance behavior,so as to promote disease rehabilitation and improve treatment effect.
