Observation on the application effect of targeted nursing in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group(traditional routine nursing)and observation group(targeted nursing)according to random drawing method, with 35 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The score of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)in the observation group was(46.29±2.12)points,which was lower than that of the control group(55.30±2.25)points,and the score of self-care ability scale(ESCA)was(122.37±21.50)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.27±13.62)points(P<0.05).The compliance rate of observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is more conducive to helping patients improve anxiety, improve their self-care ability, mobilize their compliance behavior,so as to promote disease rehabilitation and improve treatment effect.
