Operation room nursing cooperation observation of total hysterectomy under laparoscope
Objective To explore the nursing coordination method of laparoscope total hysterectomy in the operating room,in order to improve the surgical effect and safety.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy were retrospectively analyzed,and the key points of nursing coordination in operating room were summarized,including preoperative preparation,intraoperative coordination and postoperative management.Results The mean operation time was(85.6±15.2)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(100.4±23.6)ml,and the postoperative hospitalization time was(3.5±0.8)d.The patient did not need blood transfusion and recovered quickly without serious complications.Among the 100 patients,82.0%were very satisfied with the nursing,16.0%were satisfied,and 2.0%were generally satisfied.Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy is a minimally invasive,safe and effective surgical method with high requirements for nursing cooperation in the operating room.Nurses are required to be familiar with the surgical process and equipment,strictly implement the aseptic operation procedures,closely observe the condition,and timely deal with abnormal conditions,so as to provide guarantee for the smooth operation.
