The clinical effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in operating room in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery
Objective To explore the application value of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in operating room in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery. Methods 164 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 82 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing in operating room and the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative getting out of bed time, postoperative eating time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss and 24 h postoperative visual analog scale(VAS)score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(9.76%)was lower than that of control group(25.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of surgical nursing intervention based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic myomectomy can accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
