Application of hierarchical nursing management in unprotected perineal delivery nursing and its influence on birth quality of newborn
Objective To explore the application of hierarchical nursing management in unprotected perineal delivery nursing and its influence on newborn birth quality.Methods 112 parturients with unprotected perineal delivery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with hierarchical nursing management on the basis of the control group.Neonatal quality,maternal infection,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of newborns in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the maternal infection rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of maternal safety nursing,environmental nursing,skill nursing and health nursing in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing management in unprotected perineal delivery nursing can improve the effect of maternal nursing,the satisfaction of maternal and family nursing is higher,the infection rate is lower,and the quality of newborn is improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
