Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing model in nursing of senile vaginitis
Objective To observe the clinical value of comprehensive nursing mode in senile patients with vaginitis.Methods 66 patients with senile vaginitis were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive nursing mode)according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,anxiety score was(17.49±3.56)points,depression score was(15.82±2.74)points,comfort score was(92.65±1.59)points,while in the control group,anxiety score was(27.83±4.82)points,depression score was(29.56±4.85)points.Comfort score was(72.41±3.68)points,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the comfort scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with senile vaginitis,adopting comprehensive nursing mode can promote patients'emotional regulation,improve patients'comfort and quality of life.
