系统化护理干预在卵巢癌患者手术室护理中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 探讨系统化护理干预在卵巢癌患者手术室护理中的应用价值.方法 选取100例卵巢癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用系统化护理干预.比较两组术后并发症发生情况、手术前后心理状态评分.结果 观察组并发症发生率为4％,低于对照组的24％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组术后的抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 系统化护理干预在卵巢癌患者手术室护理中的应用价值较高,可以降低患者术后并发症发生率,改善患者的心理状态,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of systematic nursing intervention in operating room nursing of ovarian cancer patients.Methods 100 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,observation group was treated with systematic nursing intervention.The incidence of postoperative complications and the score of psychological state before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of the observation group was 4％,which was lower than that of the control group(24％),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Postoperative depression and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application value of systematic nursing intervention in operating room nursing of ovarian cancer patients is high,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the psychological state of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
