Observation of the effect of evidence-based nursing on reducing blood loss and adverse reactions in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with oxytocin
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on reducing blood loss and adverse reactions in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with oxytocin. Methods 56 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated with oxytocin were randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The amount of postpartum bleeding, the occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Postpartum blood loss at 1 h,12 h and 24 h in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by oxytocin is significant, which can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the satisfaction of maternal nursing, which is worthy of clinical application.
