Observation on the effect of targeted nursing mode in nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding
Objective To explore the effect of applying targeted nursing mode in the nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods 120 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received targeted nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group patients was 81.67%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing mode in the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can improve clinical efficacy and safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
