Observation on the importance of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with premature ovarian failure
Objective To observe the importance of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods 80 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Psychological nursing was used in the observation group and routine nursing was used in the control group.Negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-21)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,FertiQoL score of observation group(62.17±6.49)points was higher than that of control group(50.96±7.05)points(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing has a positive significance in relieving the negative emotions of patients with premature ovarian failure,significantly improving the quality of life of patients,and has significant application value.
