整体护理干预在慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的应用效果研究

摘要
目的 分析整体护理干预应用于慢性盆腔炎患者的效果.方法 选取80例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组40例.观察组接受整体护理干预,对照组接受常规护理.比较两组患者的干预依从性及护理满意度.结果 观察组患者的干预总依从率高达95.00％,对照组患者的干预总依从率为67.50％,观察组患者的干预总依从率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者护理满意度达97.50％,对照组患者护理满意度为65.00％,观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 慢性盆腔炎患者接受治疗期间,为其提供整体护理干预的效果优于常规护理.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received holistic nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing.The intervention compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total intervention compliance rate was 95.00％in the observation group and 67.50％in the control group.The total intervention compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.50％,and that of patients in the control group was 65.00％.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the effect of providing holistic nursing intervention is better than that of routine nursing.
