Study on the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received holistic nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing.The intervention compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total intervention compliance rate was 95.00%in the observation group and 67.50%in the control group.The total intervention compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.50%,and that of patients in the control group was 65.00%.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the effect of providing holistic nursing intervention is better than that of routine nursing.
