Study on the influence of nursing model based on WeChat platform on nursing effect and pregnancy outcome of high-risk pregnant women
Objective To evaluate the impact of WeChat platform based nursing model on the nursing effect and pregnancy outcome of high-risk pregnant women.Methods 200 high-risk pregnant women with regular prenatal check-up were selected and divided into control group(given routine nursing)and observation group(given WeChat platform based nursing mode)according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The psychological state,sleep quality,cesarean section rate and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The cesarean section rate of observation group(32.00％)was significantly lower than that of control group(47.00％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing model based on WeChat platform for high-risk pregnant women can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate of pregnant women and improve the psychological state,sleep quality and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
