The application value of pre hospital emergency nursing intervention in emergency care of critically ill patients in obstetrics and gynecology
Objective To explore the effectiveness and practical value of pre hospital emergency nursing in obstetrics and gynecology emergency and critical care. Methods 60 acute and critical patients in obstetrics and gynecology were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even admission number, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine emergency care, and the observation group was given pre-hospital emergency care. The first aid index, rescue success rate, satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The transport time, condition evaluation time, first aid time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of control group, and the success rate of rescue was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(23.33%)(P<0.05).The scores of satisfaction and quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre hospital emergency nursing for critical gynecological and obstetric emergencies has a significant effectand has high practical value.
