Effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on negative emotions in emergency patients with threatened abortion
Objective To analyze the effects of cognitive behavior intervention on negative emotions in emergency patients with threatened abortion. Methods 64 emergency patients with threatened abortion were selected and divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received combined cognitive behavioral intervention based on routine nursing. The levels of negative emotion and self-care management were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of post-nursing self-care ability rating scale(ESCA)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing alone, cognitive behavioral intervention has a greater beneficial effect on the negative emotions and self-care management level of emergency patients with threatened abortion, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
