Evaluation of the application effect of high-quality nursing in maternal nursing of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing in pregnant women with hypertensive diseases. Methods 63 pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected and divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(31 cases)according to double-blind method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was combined with high-quality nursing based on the control group,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(132.45±4.74)mmHg and(86.52±3.21)mmHg,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the control group were(159.71±6.91)mmHg and(106.49±4.82)mmHg,respectively.The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood loss at 2 h and 24 h postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can effectively regulate the level of maternal blood pressure, reduce the amount of blood loss, and improve maternal satisfaction.
