Evaluation of the role of prenatal health care in improving pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To analyze the value of prenatal health care in improving pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 82 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group took pregnancy health care,the control group took routine pregnancy care management,and compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(24.39%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing intervention of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,the implementation of prenatal health care nursing intervention can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome and correct the blood sugar level of pregnant women,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
