Analysis of monitoring and nursing intervention for critically ill pregnant women in intensive care unit
Objective To according the key points of clinical monitoring and nursing intervention for critically ill pregnant women received in the intensive care unit of our hospital,the main contents of high-quality rescue and nursing strategies were analyzed.Methods The clinical data of 23 critically ill pregnant women treated in intensive care unit were retrospectively analyzed,and the corresponding nursing monitoring plan and nursing intervention measures were formulated according to the conditions of pregnant women,and the rescue and hospitalization of pregnant women were observed.Results The clinical monitoring and nursing intervention of critically ill pregnant women had a good effect,the success rate of rescue was 100%,the average length of hospital stay was 13.21 days,and the average time of the first time out of bed activity was 24.31h.Conclusion Compared with ordinary pregnant women,the condition changes of critically ill pregnant women are more obvious,and there are many complications easily.When conducting clinical monitoring and nursing intervention,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive systematic nursing measures for them,and cooperate with clinicians to complete the rescue and nursing intervention of patients.
