Analysis of intensive care and nursing of superobese twin pregnancy in icu
Objective To analyze the intensive care and nursing methods and nursing effects of superobese twin pregnancy in ICU.Methods 22 obese women with twin pregnancies were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 11 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given risk nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of maternal nursing in the observation group was 100%,and that in the control group was 63.64%.The satisfaction of maternal nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of risk care for pregnant women with super obesity twin pregnancy in ICU is better,which can improve the outcome of mother and child,and create a safer and more comfortable delivery environment for pregnant women,which has clinical promotion value.
