The clinical value of PHENIX-USB4 electrical stimulation combined with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment device in the treatment of rectus abdominis separation
Objective To explore the clinical value of PHENIX-USB4 electrical stimulation combined with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment device in the treatment of rectus abdominis separation.Methods 62 postpartum patients with rectus abdominis separation were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received PHENIX-USB4 electrical stimulation treatment,while the experimental group received PHENIX-USB4 electrical stimulation combined with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment equipment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the abdominal circumference,separation distance of the rectus abdominis muscle above the umbilicus,and separation distance of the rectus abdominis muscle below the umbilicus in the experimental group were all smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);The number of cesarean sections and fetal size are the influencing factors on the effectiveness of rectus abdominis separation treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple PHENIX-USB4 electrical stimulation,the combined treatment with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment device has a better application effect on postpartum patients with rectus abdominis separation,can effectively reduce abdominal circumference and rectus abdominis distance,and has higher clinical application value.
