The application effect of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 40 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 20 cases, according to the computer random sampling method. The control group received fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia, while the experimental group received sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia. The vital signs and recovery after anesthesia were compared between the two groups. Results After anesthesia, the heart rate, respiratory rate, and mean arterial pressure levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The awakening time and recovery time of autonomous breathing in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in laparoscopic myomectomy has a significant effect. With effective nursing,it can keep the patient's vital signs in a stable state, promote patient recovery, and achieve better overall results.
