Comparison of the effect of laparoscopic and open hysteromyomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open hysteromyomectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods 148 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into study group and control group,74 cases in each group. The study group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy, while the control group was treated with open hysteromyomectomy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, indentation catheter time, bowel sound recovery time, getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom remission rate and normal uterine morphology rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were lower than that of the control group, the menstrual volume was lower than that of the control group, and the menstrual cycle was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids can improve the surgical indicators and prognosis, reduce the VAS score and the incidence of surgical complications, and is worthy of clinical application.
