The safety and efficacy of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with dexmedetone in the treatment of endometrial polyps
Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods 68 patients with endometrial polyps in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy, while the experimental group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with dexamethasone. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,The menstrual volume score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the endometrial thickness was smaller than that of the control group, and the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with dexamethasone can effectively improve clinical efficacy, reduce disease recurrence rate, improve menstrual flow and abnormal uterine bleeding in the treatment of endometrial polyps, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
