Effect of ultrasound-guided TAP block on anesthesia and postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect and postoperative analgesia advantage of TAP block technique under ultrasound guidance in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 100 laparoscopic patients were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group received conventional intravenous analgesia intervention, and the experimental group received TAP block anesthesia under ultrasound guidance. The heart rate, blood pressure, anesthesia effect, postoperative pain score and analgesia were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate, blood pressure, anesthesia effect, postoperative pain score and analgesia of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TAP block under ultrasound guidance can be used in laparoscopic surgery, which has a prominent anesthetic effect on the surgical treatment of gynecological diseases, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
