Study on the therapeutic effect of Yousiyue combined with Mirena in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by uterine scar diverticulum
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Yousiyue combined with Mirena in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by uterine scar diverticulum.Methods 60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by uterine scar diverticulum were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received hysteroscopic electrotomy of uterine scar diverticula,and the study group received the combined treatment of Yousiyue and Mirena.The treatment effect and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group after 6 months and 1 year was higher than that of the control group,and the score of SF-12 was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yousiyue combined with Mirena in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by uterine scar diverticulum has obtained better clinical effect,and the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved,and the clinical application value is significant.
