The effect of combination of dexmedetone tablets and hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps
Objective To explore the effect of combination therapy with dexmedetone tablets and hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods 60 patients with endometrial polyps in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with hysteroscopic polypectomy, while the study group was treated with a combination of medroxyprogesterone tablets on the basis of the reference group. Results The first menstrual flow, menstrual recovery time, disease recurrence rate, and endometrial thickness of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the menstrual recovery time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the first menstrual flow was less than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of disease recurrence and complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The thickness of the endometrium in the study group was smaller than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dexmedetone tablets and hysteroscopic polypectomy can accelerate the recovery time of menstruation, promote the return of menstrual flow to normal, reduce the incidence of disease recurrence and complications in patients with endometrial polyps, and have high clinical application value.
