Application of constant temperature lightning fire moxibustion combined with biological stimulation feedback instrument in prevention of urinary retention after radical cervical cancer surgery
Objective To investigate the application effect of constant temperature lightning fire moxibustion combined with biological stimulation feedback instrument in preventing urinary retention after radical cervical cancer surgery.Methods 90 patients with radical cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group(30 cases),biological stimulation group(31 cases)and combined group(29 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine care,the biological stimulation group was trained with the biological stimulation feedback instrument on the basis of the control group,and the combined group was treated with constant temperature lightning fire moxibustion on the basis of the biological stimulation group.The incidence of urinary retention,the recovery of bladder function and the score of biostimulatory feedback instrument were compared among the three groups.Results The incidence of urinary retention in combination group was lower than that in biological stimulation group and control group(all P<0.05),and the incidence of urinary retention in biological stimulation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The recovery of bladder function in combination group was better than that in biological stimulation group and control group(P<0.05),and the recovery of bladder function in biological stimulation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The score of biostimulation feedback instrument in combination group was higher than that in biostimulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Constant temperature lightning moxibustion combined with biological stimulation feedback instrument can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary retention in patients after radical cervical cancer surgery.
