Analysis of clinical effect of hysteroscopy and curettage combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of endometrial polyps
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopy and curettage combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 62 patients with endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with hysteroscopy and curettage,and patients in the study group were combined with TCM directional transdrug therapy on the basis of this treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postoperative menstrual volume of the study group was less than that of the control group,the duration of vaginal bleeding,pain duration and menstrual recovery time were shorter than that of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of endometrial thickness,resistance index(RI)and pulse index(PI)in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic curettage combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of endometrial polyps can promote the patient's postoperative menstruation to return to normal as soon as possible,shorten the duration of pain,contribute to the recovery of endometrial,and improve the patient's treatment comfort,which has high clinical application value.
