米非司酮+宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果

摘要
目的 探讨米非司酮+宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果.方法 选取本院收治的70例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按1∶1交替分配法分成两组,各35例.对照组采用米非司酮治疗,试验组采用米非司酮+宫瘤消胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、性激素水平、不良反应.结果 试验组治疗总有效率为94.29％,高于对照组的77.14％(P＜0.05);试验组卵泡刺激素、孕酮、雌二醇、黄体生成素水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 米非司酮+宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤,疗效显著,能改善性激素水平,且不增加不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone+Gongyuxiao capsules in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 70 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups using a 1∶1 alternating allocation method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,while the experimental group was treated with mifepristone+Gongliuxiao capsules.The treatment effects,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29％,higher than the control group's 77.14％(P＜0.05);The levels of follicle stimulating hormone,progesterone,estradiol,and luteinizing hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gongyuxiao capsules has a significant therapeutic effect on uterine fibroids,improving hormone levels without increasing adverse reactions.
