Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Wenjing decoction on patients with menstrual disorders
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wen Jing decoction in treating patients with menstrual disorders.Methods 82 patients with menstrual disorders in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received Western medicine treatment,while the experimental group received Wenjing decoction treatment.The hormone levels,treatment effects,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of estradiol were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.12％,which was higher than 80.49％of the control group(P＜0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction can treat menstrual disorders,regulate hormone levels,improve treatment effectiveness,and have fewer adverse reactions.It is recommended to promote it.
