琥珀酸亚铁片联合饮食调养治疗缺铁性贫血孕妇的临床效果观察

摘要
目的 探究琥珀酸亚铁片联合饮食调养治疗缺铁性贫血孕妇的临床效果.方法 选取80例缺铁性贫血孕妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(采用饮食调养)与研究组(采用琥珀酸亚铁片联合饮食调养),每组40例.对比两组孕妇的临床疗效、治疗前后血常规指标及血清铁蛋白(SF)水平.结果 研究组总有效率(95.00％)高于对照组(80.00％)(P＜0.05).治疗前两组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)、SF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后研究组均较对照组高(P＜0.05).结论 缺铁性贫血孕妇采用琥珀酸亚铁片联合饮食调养治疗效果比较理想,应用价值较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ferrous succinate tablets combined with diet in the treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia.Methods 80 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia were selected and divided into control group(with diet)and study group(with ferrous succinate tablets combined with diet)according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,blood routine indexes and serum ferritin(SF)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.00％)was higher than that of the control group(80.00％)(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RBC,Hb,HCT and SF levels between the two groups(P＞0.05),but after treatment,the study group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of ferrous succinate tablets combined with diet in the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia is ideal,and the application value is high.
