Comparison of the therapeutic effects of levonorgestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets(Ⅱ)and ethinyl estradiol acetate cyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of patients polycystic ovary syndrome
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)and cyproterone ethinylestradiol acetate in the treatment of patients polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 118 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method.59 patients in the control group were treated with cyproterone ethinylestradiol acetate,and 59 patients in the experimental group were treated with drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ).and the experimental group was treated with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ).The therapeutic effects were compared.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in body mass index,waist-hip ratio,insulin resistance index and hirsutism score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride between the two groups(P＞0.05).The level of high-density lipoprotein in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of low-density lipoprotein was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,luteinising hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,oestradiol and testosterone levels in the test group were lower than those in the control group.ketone levels were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is similar to that of ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate,but it has a better effect on improving patients'blood lipid,estrogen and progesterone levels,which is worth popularizing.
