Effects of remazolam besylate on quality of anesthesia recovery and cognitive function in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery
Objective To evaluate the effects of remazolam besylate on postoperative recovery and cognitive function after hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 80 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group(anesthesia by conventional method)and observation group(anesthesia with remazolam besylate added on the basis of control group)according to random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The quality of anesthesia recovery, mental state(MMSE),wakefulness and sedation score(OAAS)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of anesthesia recovery quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 h and 24 h after operation,MMSE and OAAS scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(7.50%)was lower than that in control group(27.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Remazolam besylate acid anesthesia in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery has positive significance,is conducive to improving the quality of anesthesia, prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
