The clinical value of D-dimer and coagulation indicators in pregnant women with gestational hypertension
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of D-dimer and coagulation indicators in pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Methods 80 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were selected as the experimental group, and 80 normal pregnant women who came to the hospital for examination during the same period were selected as the control group. All pregnant women underwent D-dimer and coagulation index tests to analyze their clinical testing value. Results The prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, and thrombin time of pregnant women in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);As the condition of pregnant women with gestational hypertension worsens, the prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, and thrombin time gradually shorten, and the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer gradually increase, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The diagnostic value of D-dimer combined with coagulation indicators is higher than that of single test(AUC>0.9).Conclusion D-dimer and coagulation index tests can assist in clinical judgment of the severity of gestational hypertension in pregnant women, and the diagnostic value of the combined test is higher than that of a single test.
