The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on timing theory on preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis in gynecological postoperative patients
Objective To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing interventions based on timing theory in preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in gynecological postoperative patients. Methods 1120 gynecological surgery patients admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the control group, and 1225 gynecological surgery patients admitted from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the observation group. The control group received traditional nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on timing theory. The incidence of DVT,surgical related indicators, and coagulation indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of DVT in the observation group was 7.76%,lower than the control group's 21.96%(P<0.05);The first time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing, the platelet count, fibrinogen, and fibrinogen degradation levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention based on timing theory can significantly reduce the incidence of DVT in gynecological patients after surgery, with good preventive effects. It helps to reduce coagulation index levels, promote early postoperative mobilization, and shorten hospital stay.
