Effect of operating room nursing combined with path application in patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polyps
Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing combined with path intervention in patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polyps and the influence on patient nursing satisfaction. Methods 60 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection were selected and divided into two groups based on computer random method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine operating room nursing, and the observation group received operating room nursing combined with route intervention. The surgical indexes(intraoperative blood loss, operation time)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time of the observation group was(28.47±3.42)min shorter than that of the control group(37.48±4.22)min,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was(19.64±1.28)ml less than that of the control group(23.48±4.09)ml,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of operating room nursing combined with path intervention in patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polyps is relatively ideal, which can optimize surgical indicators and improve patient nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
