宫颈癌术后患者护理中多元互联网联动模式护理的应用效果

摘要
目的 探究多元互联网联动模式护理在宫颈癌术后患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取68例宫颈癌术后患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例.分别实施常规护理与多元互联网联动模式护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组护理后抑郁-焦虑-压力评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05),希望水平评分、健康行为评分、自护能力评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 多元互联网联动模式护理有利于调节患者不良情绪、减少术后风险、增强自护能力、提高生活质量,相对于宫颈癌术后常规护理模式应用价值更高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of multiple Internet linkage model in the nursing work of patients after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 68 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Routine nursing and multiple Internet linkage mode were carried out respectively,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of depression-anxiety-stress and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the scores of hope level,health behavior,self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multiple Internet linkage mode nursing mode is beneficial to patients'emotional regulation,postoperative risk reduction,self-care ability enhancement,and quality of life improvement,and has higher application value than the conventional nursing mode after cervical cancer surgery.
