The application effect of refined nursing in the operating room in laparoscopic total hysterectomy+bilateral salpingectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in the operating room in laparoscopic total hysterectomy+bilateral salpingectomy.Methods 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received refined care in the operating room.The postoperative recovery and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter postoperative first defecation time,first bowel movement time,time to get out of bed,and hospitalization time compared to the control group(P＜0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing in the operating room has a significant effect on laparoscopic total hysterectomy+bilateral salpingectomy,which helps to promote patient recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,ensuring surgical safety.
