Study on the application effect of targeted psychological nursing in the treatment of uterine fibroids by vaginal total hysterectomy
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted psychological nursing in clinical intervention of patients with hysteromyoma treated by vaginal total hysterectomy.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing vaginal hysterectomy were selected and divided into 40 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received targeted psychological nursing on the basis of the control group,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the self-efficacy score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In perioperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids,targeted psychological nursing can help to eliminate patients'negative emotions and enhance their self-efficacy,which is a scientific nursing intervention method.
