The application effect of psychological nursing in hormone replacement therapy for women with perimenopausal syndrome
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in hormone replacement therapy for women with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 60 women with perimenopausal syndrome who received hormone replacement therapy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the order of visits,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received psychological care.The medication adherence rate,nursing satisfaction,negative emotions,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The medication adherence rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than the control group's 56.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group at 56.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The psychological health,mental health,social function,physiological function,emotional function,physical pain,vitality,and overall health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in hormone replacement therapy for women with perimenopausal syndrome has a significant effect,which can effectively improve medication compliance,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life.
