心理护理对绝经后诊断性刮宫患者焦虑、疼痛的影响评价

摘要
目的 观察心理护理对绝经后诊断性刮宫患者焦虑、疼痛的影响.方法 选取74例绝经后诊断性刮宫患者,按照随机抽签法将患者分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用常规护理联合心理护理),每组37例.比较两组护理效果.结果 护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后观察组诊断性刮宫认知评分(92.30±1.29)分、生活质量评分(98.86±4.59)分均分别高于对照组的(76.85±1.68)分、(71.05±3.62)分(P＜0.05).结论 在绝经后诊断性刮宫患者中,心理护理能够起到控制情绪的作用,可有效改善患者焦虑情绪,降低患者疼痛感,提升诊断性刮宫认知水平及生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and pain in postmenopausal patients with diagnostic curettage.Methods 74 postmenopausal patients with diagnostic curettage were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing combined with psychological nursing)according to random drawing method,with 37 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The cognitive score of diagnostic curettage in the observation group(92.30±1.29)points and life quality score(98.86±4.59)points were higher than those in the control group(76.85±1.68)points and(71.05±3.62)points,respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusion In postmenopausal patients with diagnostic curettage,psychological nursing can play a role in controlling emotions,effectively improving patients'anxiety,reducing patients'pain,and improving the cognitive level and quality of life of diagnostic curettage.
