Evaluation of the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and pain in postmenopausal patients with diagnostic curettage
Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and pain in postmenopausal patients with diagnostic curettage.Methods 74 postmenopausal patients with diagnostic curettage were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing combined with psychological nursing)according to random drawing method,with 37 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive score of diagnostic curettage in the observation group(92.30±1.29)points and life quality score(98.86±4.59)points were higher than those in the control group(76.85±1.68)points and(71.05±3.62)points,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion In postmenopausal patients with diagnostic curettage,psychological nursing can play a role in controlling emotions,effectively improving patients'anxiety,reducing patients'pain,and improving the cognitive level and quality of life of diagnostic curettage.
