综合护理模式在子宫肌瘤围手术期中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 分析综合护理模式在子宫肌瘤围手术期中的应用价值.方法 选取40例子宫肌瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组20例.观察组患者实施综合护理模式,对照组患者实施常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 观察组患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者肛门排气时间(37.15±3.10)h明显短于对照组的(46.25±2.09)h,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理模式在子宫肌瘤围手术期中,能够更有效减轻患者疼痛,促进患者康复,具有临床推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing mode in perioperative period of uterine fibroids.Methods 40 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing mode and patients in the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Anal exhaust time in observation group(37.15±3.10)h was significantly shorter than that in control group(46.25±2.09)h,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In perioperative period of uterine fibroids,the comprehensive nursing model can more effectively reduce the pain of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which has clinical popularization value.
