整体化护理干预在预防妇科盆腔手术患者下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 探讨整体化护理干预在预防妇科盆腔手术患者下肢深静脉血栓中的作用.方法 选取50例妇科盆腔手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例.观察组采用整体化护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组患者满意度92.00％高于对照组的68.00％(P＜0.05).观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患者日常生活活动能力评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 整体化护理能够更好满足妇科盆腔手术患者的护理需求,可以防范和控制下肢深静脉血栓发生,有利于促进疾病预后改善,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in gynecological pelvic surgery patients.Methods 50 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with integrated nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in observation group was 92.00％higher than that in control group 68.00％(P＜0.05).The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The scores of activities of daily living and quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can better meet the nursing needs of gynecological pelvic surgery patients,prevent and control the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,and promote the improvement of disease prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
