Analysis of the application value of holistic nursing intervention in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in gynecological pelvic surgery patients
Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in gynecological pelvic surgery patients.Methods 50 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with integrated nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in observation group was 92.00%higher than that in control group 68.00%(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of activities of daily living and quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can better meet the nursing needs of gynecological pelvic surgery patients,prevent and control the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,and promote the improvement of disease prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
