The impact of cognitive nursing based on behavioral transformation theory on knowledge cognition and blood pressure control in patients with gestational hypertension
Objective To explore the impact of cognitive nursing based on behavioral transformation theory on knowledge cognition and blood pressure control in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods 67 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group of 34 cases and an observation group of 33 cases. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received cognitive care based on behavioral change theory on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure control effect and knowledge cognition level of the two groups were compared. Results After 8 weeks of nursing care, the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of nursing and 8 weeks of nursing, the observation group had a higher score on the hypertension knowledge level scale than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive nursing based on behavioral transformation theory in patients with gestational hypertension can effectively control blood pressure and improve knowledge and cognitive level.
